Organized by the Spanish National Research Council, this exhibition was set up in 2009 to commemorate the bicentennial of Charles Darwin’s birth and 150 years since the publication of his ground-breaking work on the origin of the species. It also discusses the impact of this work and the ideas of Darwinism within the research he undertook in Spain.
